Leadership through a Biblical Lense

The future is not a void to be feared. It is a field to be harvested.

Wisdom-Driven Leadership demolishes the false choice between secular strategy and pious inaction. It offers a complete paradigm shift—a return to the biblical understanding that God alone holds the future, and He invites us to participate with Him.

Drawing from Joseph, Nehemiah, and Paul, this book provides a repeatable framework for leaders who refuse to choose between faith and effectiveness.

The question is not whether you should plan. The question is whether your planning includes the One who already occupies the future.

Dixon, Jr. represents the convergence of spiritual discipline, military precision, academic inquiry, and professional excellence. Dr. Elder Richard L. Dixon, Jr. is a man who operates at the intersection of the practical and the
profound. Born to a pastor and  an elementary school teacher, he was raised in a household where the pulpit and the classroom were equally sacred spaces. His military service earned him the Good Conduct Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and Army Accommodation Medal. His assignments and residence in Germany, France, Canada, Singapore, the Philippines, Guam, and Diego Garcia provided extensive international and cross-cultural experience that continues to shape his approach to leadership and organizational strategy.

Dr. Dixon views professional excellence as an expression of faithful stewardship and is guided by the motto, “Your business success demands a commanding presence.” His philosophy is grounded in Proverbs 22:29 (NKJV): “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings.” He believes diligence, discipline, preparation, and leadership excellence are both professional responsibilities and spiritual disciplines.
